The THINNY Low Carb Biscuit

I mean, yes- this is a biscuit and
yes, it is low carb... but it’s also
👉🏻LOW FAT
👉🏻LOW CALORIE and
👉🏻HIGH PROTEIN

Did we just become best friends?!

👏🏻Here’s the breakdown👏🏻

First of all it tastes identical- and I would not lie about a biscuit. It’s a religion in the south.

There are a lot of disclaimers on the original Biscuit post. If you haven’t read them, go now. Bottom line... THIS ISN’T YOUR GRANDMA’S BISCUIT and I don’t want to hear any lip. 😆😆

Can you even handle the difference?!

1. Go meet the unicorn low carb biscuit a few posts back. You need to know how this was born... 😆
2. Now go get ALLLLLLL the same ingredients, but adjust them like so...
**I did swap avocado oil for the coconut oil since it is heavier and you need more moisture with the thinny- but use whatever oil you have.

🤍1 egg WHITE
🤍1/2 TBSP oil
🤍2 1/2 TBSP Almond flour
🤍1/2 TBSP Coconut flour
🤍1/2 tsp Baking powder
🤍 a few dashes of salt

1. Mix it up.
2. Put it in a small glass dish. (See in video for example.)
3. Microwave for 50-60 Seconds!
4. Add a bit o butter if it’s feeling a little dry.
5. Shove it in your mouth.

Now, is it a little thinner?! Yes. That’s why it’s a thinny. But can you eat TWO now instead of one?! ALSO YES.

Wonder if I can turn this into a cupcake?! ... 🤯🤯
