Here is another Low Carb Treat for my Peeps!
Lick the spoon, lick the bowl, lick your fingers… and then make another bowl. WHICH YOU CAN because this is simple, easy, quick, has AMAZING macros, and is seriously delicious.
The KEY ingredient is the SUAGR FREE PUDDING MIX. It’s what gives it the texture (and flavor) you’re craving.
DO NOT NOT TRY THIS. 🤤😍
The Breakdown:
In a bowl combine-
* 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
* 1 TBSP of chocolate SUGAR FREE pudding mix. (It MUST be sugar free or it will wreck your macros)
* 2 TBSP PB2 Regular Powder
* 1 TBSP PB Chocolate Powder (optional)
* Salt (optional. BUT if sweet and salty is your jam, this is 100% not optional.)
* Unsweetened Almond Milk (just a little, 2 tbsp(ish) then add more if needed)
Mix then Lick (repeat as needed)
